I have no problem watching/listening to videos' on YouTube. I also have no problem with ZOOM(like) video with most. But w/ one bi-weekly appointment, I have not been able been able to see their video since the appointment of 12/26/2022. The most recent Win11 Update I did was 12/23/2022.

I had a feeling that was probably the situation. I asked, just in case I might be missing something. They did tell me, that it isn't happening with any other clients.

I would IF, I couldn't see any video(YouTube, Zoom, etc.). But that one bi-weekly appointment is the only one. They can see me, but I can't see them.

other appointments by zoom are ok?

All my appointments are by ZOOM. All the other appointments are fine, no video problem.
