I have no problem watching/listening to videos' on YouTube. I also have no problem with ZOOM(like) video with most. But w/ one bi-weekly appointment, I have not been able been able to see their video since the appointment of 12/26/2022. The most recent Win11 Update I did was 12/23/2022.

most likely the problem sits on the other side

you can test zoom by using
I had a feeling that was probably the situation. I asked, just in case I might be missing something. They did tell me, that it isn't happening with any other clients.
