Question VIDEO_TDR_ERROR 116. Please help.

I've been having crashes for over a month now. I've tried literally every method to solve it: DDU, Updating drivers, /scannow in cmd and more methods I can't recall.
I downloaded WhoCrashed and these are the reports (2) I got:
