Question Video_TDR_Failure / Kernel Power, Bad GPU?

So for the past week my PC has been BSOD'ing, shutting off & black screening. I've tried memtest overnight, new ram, new psu, new mobo, multiple windows installs, multiple DDU refreshes and driver installations, tried the tdr delay in the regedit, tried undervolting, tried ram with and without DOCP enabled, I've also checked my drive health and still nothing seems to be the fix. At this point I'm thinking it's the GPU but I have no idea. I'd be thankful for any help before I buy a new GPU.
Setup

• AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
• Asus X570p Prime
• 2070 Super FE
• 32 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance Ram
• PSU: CX750m
• 2 Nvme's , an SSD, an HDD.

i believe its a grey label, i've only had it for a couple of days for testing purposes!

Did you clear CMOS after the bios update? This is essential.

yes i did but it was happening on both my original MOBO and the one I ordered for testing which had me ruling that out

the tx650m, i got the cx750m for testing and it was on sale.

Update: just had to restart my PC, it froze and was showing GPU artifacting
