Okay guys I'm finally coming to you with this problem, it's been going on for a long while and i'm sick of it now

Basically my problem is that when I play monster hunter world on one monitor and have a twitch stream open on my other monitor, the twitch stream will slowly get more and more out of sync with video and audio. Monster hunter is the only game this is happening with

I have to refresh the twitch stream every 5 minutes or so for the audio to fix but then it just slowly goes out of sync again. I don't hear any problems with the audio so I'm assuming the video is not going as fast as the audio for some reason

My computer says it's running at 70% CPU at the highest with both running.

I've got an i7-7700k, gtx 1080ti, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd

I can't find anybody else with this problem except for this link, and I did what seemed to work for this guy even though it seemed unrelated and it doesn't fix anything for me https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/video-slowly-loses-sync-with-audio.3302799/page-2?view=date

Please somebody help me fix this, if you need any other information let me know

Internet connection is fine. Like I said, it only happens with monter hunter, which can be played offline even. Other games that use more internet connection don't cause the problem

Also you're telling me a 1080ti would have to be replaced? And you're telling me a 1660 over a 1080ti?

I'm sort of confused by this whole thing
