videos doesnt show up on my computer but the pictures does

when i plug in my usb, it's recognized and i can view the files in it except for the videos.

the usb only has pictures and videos but the videos doesnt show up on my HP computer (Windows Vista)

but when i plugged in a different usb, it only showed four videos out of (around) 10

The thumbnail/listing of the video file doesn't show up or you can not get the video to play?
