Videos Not HD

Videos on new desktop say they are playing in HD but don't look like it. I've used this monitor before so it's not the problem. This happens when playing any video on any platform but playing games looks fine.

well it depending on how big your monitor is, bigger size in such low hd resolution like 1366x768 would not looks like it is hd, sometimes it also depending on bitrate of video that you are playing. try to get fhd monitor for best hd experience which have 1920x1080 resolution
