Videos not Loading

I'm having issues viewing the Videos in http://shahid.mbc.net The website is opening without any issues. but whenever I try to play any videos I'm getting this error;

Message: error occurred while loading M3U8 playlist
Detail: Error #2048

Note: Java and Flash Player is installed and all the other Videos from different websites are working fine..

The problem is only for our domain.
Its working perfectly outside our domain.
The server we use is Windows Server 2008 R2
