videos "powered by jwplayer" will not load

Hi everyone, I apologize if this ends up in the wrong forum. Wasn't sure how to find the right place. And thanks in advance for your help. There is a website I want to use (vidzi) but all the videos are "powered by jwplayer" and I can't get them to load. The twirly thing just goes and goes - for an hour if I'd let it. I do not have this problem with any other website or any other videos. I assume there is some jwplayer that I should download onto my laptop, but everything I look at seems to be for developers only. I have tried writing to both vidzi.com and to jwplayer and gotten no responses. I have FF57, W7, and java and flash are up to date (but I don't even know if they're relevant, because I'm not a computer person). I run cCleaner regularly, and scan with MSE and Malwarebytes. Nothing else is weird or strange, so I don't think it's a virus or anything - I think that something somewhere is not set up right to stream jwplayer or that there is some piece of sw that I should have, but I don't know what. If anyone has any suggestions I wold really appreciate it. THANK YOU ALL!!

Jwplayer is just an HTML5 video player so... try Chrome.

I don't really like chrome, but went ahead and tried it, and same thing, they don't load. Is it possible I have some default video thing set up wrong somewhere? Or do I need some special HTML5 player? I'm sorry to be so dense, but I didn't grow up with computers. Everything else works so I must have something set wrong somehow?
