Videos problem not loading in (kissanime)

Greetings, I have a problem, Whenever i go to kissanime.com or kisscartoon.com videos dont load , only openload videos, also i tried switching from my PC to my Smart TV and its the same result? Is it the modem problem? My modem is Telenet CH6541. Also When i try to IPTV videos stuck everyime, but when i go to my cousin, all works perfectly and we have the same modem. Any ideas? Thanks
