videos running slow

The videos are running very slow on my pc. I have windows xp. My flashplayer is up to date and I have run defrag, and cleared the cache etc. I see a lot of folks are having this problem but I don't see any one that has solved it Thank you.

what is your computer full type and model number

Do an internet speed test, make sure your internet is working properly. Rebooting your modem and router is a good idea as well, also test the videos on another computer if you can.
