Question Videos take 10 sec to load when first launching a browser

This is a pretty weird issue that's been happening on my 2021 dell latitude 3520 laptop.

Basically any type of video (Yt, reddit, twitter, etc, ) takes up to 15 seconds to load when first launching a browser.
Chrome, edge, firefox, opera, etc. All the same.

Slow loading times can't be the cause either since the bar loads up just like before and it happens on any ethernet connection
I have checked with the company and it doesn't look like it's a hardware issue. My graphics drivers are also up to date

Anyone know what could be causing this?

what your dns server? it doesn't even play the ad?

It doesn't play the ad because I have an adblocker. I've just tested with ublock disabled and same problem occurs. Youtube ad takes 10 seconds to start (w/ rotating loading icon) even though progress bar is fully loaded.

Just to make sure DNS servers weren't the issue, I changed them to google Google Public DNS by following their configuration procedures. Thanks for your help
