Videos Take FOREVER to load

Hi my OLD pc was fine videos load just fine everytime but i just built a new PC I7-7700k and Asus MOBO but now my videos take a year to fully load and im unsure what to do...

Ive updated my Bios/Downloaded all drivers i could from the Sites/Updated my GPU and intergrated graphics and still take a bit to load and im stuck so if someone can please help thanks

Shocking somehow you've had a CPU that isn't a year old for years (assuming you've loaded two videos....


Did you reinstall Windows when you upgraded? Are you on win 7? Kaby lake only technically supports win 10. And if you're using an old install of Windows from a previous computer you'll get horrible performance.full ssystem specs?

haha no i just moved my old HDD/SSD from my old pc to my new one didnt reinstall anything that i didnt have to just installed what drivers and stuff i thought i needed but still hasnt helped
