Videos wont play properly and its annoying

at beginning of videos it black and stuff, and sometimes laggs. and then forwards really quick. i would explain more, but theres nothing really, i use chrome.

what is the spec on your videocard & are the drivers updated? is that video clip off the net & what is your download speed like? does your motherboard also have onboard video?

i have amd r9 280x, yes they are updated, my internet is 50mbit, yes this is from facebook, youtube does it aswell, but if i scroll it to the beginning its all clear. download speed is like 5-8mb/sec mobo is "msi h81-p33" and it does have onboard video

Okay i got it, my friend told me whats wrong, also he posts solution in here so who has the problem, can fix this aswell

In chrome, under settings-advanced settings, remove the checkmark from " Use hardware acceleration ".

Done.
