Hi Everyone, I have a quick question about SLI with MSI N460GTX CYCLONE. If you have knowledge on this subject I would love to hear from you. I have only built one PC so far so I am slightly new to this, any assistance would be awesome.
With Bioshock Infinite coming up I was thinking I would use my Gaming PC that I built about two years ago. Since it's been some time I was thinking about buying a new videocard for my pc.
My current specs are:Motherboard:
ASRock P67 EXTREME4
RAM: 1 G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
Video Card: MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD
Power Supply: Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W
I was going to buy a more current graphics card and replace the existing one but then I read more about SLI and now I am curious about using this method rather than replacing the current one.I saw good prices online for my current MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD and I am tempted to buy it and SLI it with my current MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD.
My question is, would using SLI with these two graphics cards be the large improvement that I am expecting? And additionally would I be able to power and additional MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD with my current set up on a 630W Power Unit?
