[SOLVED] "View hidden files" doesnt show all hidden files??

Hello,

I own a flash-drive contatining numerous files including applications, video, audio, images etc. This week, I went to one of those automatic photo printing machines where you can plug in your drive or phone etc. to immediately print an image. To my surprise, the machine showed the flash drive to contain images which I hadnt remembered to be there. So after I returned home, I checked the flash drive and wasnt able to find some of the photos the machine showed. I checked the hidden files too but without success. Any idea why a simple photo-printer sees more than I do?

It may have been pulling .jpg out of all those other thing...application installs, etc.

I wouldn't put a flash drive with any data I really cared about into one of those store printer things. They are a known virus vector.

Only the images I wish to print, nothing else.

unrelated but you are right, it doesn't show all files. Some files marked system will never be shown in file explorer without changing your user permissions and I wouldn't suggest that, it can end badly for windows.
