View temporary files and cache without deleting

In Windows 10 I can see where I can delete temp files but how do I view them before deleting?

Theres a 'View Files' on that same window
Otherwise they are stored in your hidden App Data folder: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE
so you will need to set 'View Hidden and System files' to ON
