Viewing my old thread and post

How do I view my old thread and post in the forums? I accidentally reset my flags without knowing it and I've lost what's in there. If some one could tell me how to view my old stuff. I would really appreciate it as I have some useful information in them.

Click on your forum name (or any other user's forum name);
It will take you to the "About this user's profile:" page.
At the bottom you will see the "Access to the whole list of his/her messages"
You'll be able to choose the different sections a person has posted in and see the topics they have participated in listed. You'll need to use the SELECT button to change forum sections.
