Is there any way to hook up my 9800 Pro (Non AIW) to my TV in order to watch video files on my computer, and if so where are a couple guides I can work from?

Do you have a tv-out on your card? It looks like a little black hole, you connect an s-video cable to it to your tv. Enable it in your display settings (if it doesn't do it already) and its done.

If you don't have a tv-out on the card you can always get a cheap pci card that does.

Yah it has an S-Video out but my Satellite reciever is the only device with it an S-Video in and it's hooked up to my VCR and junk. Gonna fool around and see if I can get it to work or something, no clue.

They sell s-video to composite converters, they are like 20 bucks but they work. The quality will degrade though, S-video gives the best picture out of the two.

Your S-Video output should have 6 or 7 pins instead of 4, with the extra pins being used for the Composite Video output. YOUR CARD SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED A 3-4" DONGLE THAT CONNECTS TO YOUR S-VIDEO OUTPUT AND HAS A COMPOSITE OUTPUT. If it didn't, get one. S-Video to composite adapters are NOT needed and not even desireable, some places call the dongle an adapter but it's not a signal adapter, just a breakout for the other pins.
