Viewing remote desktop connection history?

My friend gave me an account on a VPS that I accessed by using remote desktop connection.
I have connected to it before but I have now forgotten the pword (I didn't set it up) The issue is that he is on holiday with no internet and I need acceess to the VPS ASAP.
Is there any way of viewing previously entered passwords?
