ViewSonic 28" HDMI problems

HEY, I got this 28" ViewSonic LCD a couple months back, it is AMAZING! playing Crysis at 19200x1200 is jaw dropping. but, when using a HDMI cable, I cant use the monitor's auto adjust or manual adjust setting, so the image is ****. I am currently using the analog cable from my older monitor, so i cant see it in it's full glory. Is this a monitor or GPU problem? I am running 2 8800GT's 512mb in SLI and have the latest drivers.

I just got the Westinghouse 24" and it has the exact same problem.

FYI when you use a digital input like the HDMI or DVI there is no AUTO ADJUST.

Only in stand d-sub mode. boohoo
