You haven't specified whether you mean the VA912, VP912, or VX912. None of them have a 75 Ohm Coaxial RF input, so it can't be used directly as a TV (none of them have composite, s-video, component, or hdmi inputs either). However, most of them have at least one D-Sub and one DVI-D input, so if you have a cable box that supports D-Sub (aka VGA) output, you may be able to connect that to the monitor (while using DVI-D to connect your computer). If not, you may want to look into a TV tuner card for your computer.
