Question Viewsonic TD2220-2: Touch screen NOT WORKING (Windows 11/10/7) :(

I have this monitor: Viewsonic TD2220-2 touch screen

1-Since bought this monitor, there were not need to be use the touch screen yet.
2-But now when i tried to use it; cannot able to use.
3-Windows says: 2 point touch screen supported (as you can see in the scrshot)

4-HID devices inactivate/activate done, nothing changed.

5-Tried 3 different premium quality USB cables, but nothing changed

Touchpad Drivers: Updated by Viewsonic's official website.
W11 updates: Open
My Graphic Card: Nvidia QUADRO K4200
Monitor: Viewsonic TD2220-2
Connection: VGA (Also tried with DVI, but nothing changed)
Op.system: W11 (Also tried on W10 and W7 systems, but nothing changed)

There were no any other broken, damaged area on back or front of the screen . Contacted with Turkey's support desk, but they said it must be work with only plugging the usb cable. But nothing changes

Are there anyone had the same issue/a solve or have an idea about this?

Thanks, link was about calibration. Tried this many times before, but nothing changed
