Question Viewsonic td2420

I got a used viewsonic td2420 it's in good condition but the problem is my system is windows 10 while the screen is meant for windows 7, it displays just fine but Is their a firmware update or something to get the touch screen to work with windows 10

I downloaded the driver but it said it wasn't compatible with that is, I was asking about firmware because I dont see why it would have drivers other than for that

If a firmware update was available, it would be at the same location as the drivers.

Do you have both the video cable AND USB cable attached from your PC to the display?

Yes, I have the USB cord and hdmi, I downloaded drivers, once I did it came up with "this is is not supported"

Have you tried to manually install the driver (via Device Manager)? I assume you have a "Unknown Device" indicated. Is that correct?
