Question Viewsonic VP2768-4K VS LG 27UD59P-B

I have the option of getting either of these models for free due to warranty on my old monitor which was defective. I read comparisons but it doesn't tell me much since I'm not too savvy on monitors.

I've compared both of the screens in depth and the Viewsonic monitor wins in everything except for its power consumption and the more tilting angel on the monitor
