ViewSonic VP2780-4K 4k@60hz some text color issue

This is my first 4k display, I wanted it to be IPS too for better color precision. I'm waiting for parts to build a new pc that will use this display but for now I'm testing it on the old pc.

I'm seeing color issues but only with specific text and only at more than 30hz (50, 59, 60hz).
I already disabled cleartype with the windows tuner and turned off "smooth edges of screen fonts".

My specs:
- nvidia GTX 750ti
- display 1 on HDMI: VP2780-4K < the one with color issues
- display 2 on DVI: Asus full HD@60hz
- Windows 7 fully updated 64 bit
- nvidia driver version: 381.89
- tested without monitor driver, disc driver and website driver (same results on all 3)

Is there something wrong on my setup or the display?, what else can I try to fix this?

I tested this on the new computer with windows 10, GTX 1080ti and the 4k display connected on displayport and HDMI. I couldn't reproduce the issue.

I believe that the problem was either something related to windows version or the 1080ti has newer standard for the HDMI port. Other thing to try would be to disable cleartype first with windows and then editing registry or with a program you trust, and then restart ofc.
