Viewsonic...VX vs VA

Hi all,

I'm looking at two monitors:

(1) VA2333-LED for $130
(2) VX2450WM-LED for $170

They are both LED backlit, and have similar characteristics. Differences are:

Brightness (250 vs 300)
Dynamic Contrast (10M vs 20M)
Size (23" vs 23.5")

They both have TN panels, and both have 5ms response times. I have seen that the VX series is intended for gamers (which is what i'm gonna be doing), but it seems to me like there isn't much difference here. Is there something I am overlooking that would warrant the extra $40 for the VX monitor?

Oh also, the VX series one has speakers...but I don't care, I already have speakers. I just want to know if the image quality is going to be $40 better...
