ViewSonic with backlight bleeding, return or not?

Hey guys,

Bought myself a ViewSonic vx2453mh backlight LED a couple of days ago and while I'm super happy with it most areas it has one significant flaw. I can easily detect backlight bleeding along the bottom edge of the screen. It is mostly unnoticeable except when it is trying to display black.

So I'm wondering if this is a DOA offence and should I try and take it back. None of the reviews that I have seen have mentioned backlight bleeding and couple have stated that there was absolutely none. Any advice on what I shoulda do?

Solution
Try taking a picture with a camera from it on a black image (better to see the bleeding) and compare with others bleeding on the internet, if it is too big, DOA it, this is a common issue on led backlight and know that another one that comes will come with bleeding too probably, and in some cases can be even worst.

Thanks for the advice, I was kinda worried that if I did a DOA for it I might end up with one that was worse or not much better. The bleeding isn't too bad (extremely even and only on the bottom) so I think I may just live with it instead of going through all the hassle of a return and possible disappointment.

Thanks again.
