Hey guys.
Just bought a Viewsonic XG2700-4K monitor, the issue that I'm having is as follows.
Only the first HDMI port supports 3840x2160, my PC is connected through the mini DP port so that gives me no problems but when I connect a console to any port other than HDMI 1 it won't let the console select a 4k resolution. I know it's not a cable problem because I know each cable that I have supports 4k fully. Wondering if it's a refresh rate problem but that means each port has a different refresh rate? I'm completely lost.
Is anyone else having this problem?
PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X are having the same problem, if they're not connected to HDMI 1 port.
