Just want to know if this is compatible with my PC, rig details are in signature. Also is it worth the upgrade. I know B-die memory is meant to be very good. Mainly use pc for gaming. Would probably op for a tight timing 3600 instead of going for 4000 speed with slower timings. I'm guessing I can get a lower timing with this at 3600 than get the 3600 cheaper set Viper steel do?

3600 is not always obtainable with a second generation Ryzen(2600x). I think most top out at the 3400ish range, but I've seen some posts of users getting 3600 to work. I guess if you buy 3600 ram and can't get it to work at that speed you could underclock it to the 3466 you now have working and probably do better than the CL 18 you currently have. I bought some 3600 cl16 ram for my 2600x and had to drop down to 3333 cl 14 before it was stable. Not sure if would be worth the cost of the upgrade though from what I've read you might see a 1 or 2% performance increase.

I am planning to get one of the amd 5000 series cpu sometime in the future so I could use more speed then. I guess the ram could get to cl 14 at the speed im at now or at least it should do. Just looking at the black Friday deals can get it for £83.
