Virtual 7.1 surround sound drivers?

I am looking to get this headset, (bestbuylink) but i am wondering if there is a way i could pull off 7.1 virtual surround sound on it, since it only offers stereo without spending over $50 - $60.

Any help appreciated. and opinions on the headset wouldn't be terrible.

Inside of Windows 10 you can go into sound settings and open the properties of your sound card. There is a Spacial Sound tab and it turns on virtual surround sound. Also it gives you the option to buy Dolby Atmos for headphones. It costs like 15 bucks and sounds great. Thats what I use with my headphones.
