Virtual disk removal

I have uninstalled virtual disk (a program) but the virtual cd/dvd drivers have remained and i cant get rid of them. I have tried going in to disk management dut there not there, I've even tried reinstalling virtual disk but that didnt work. So can someone please help me?

Have you tried removing it from system devices?
Control Panel/System/Hardware tab or something

and also try using registry cleaner...
