Virtual Disks on reinstall?

I plan to do a complete reinstall of my system just to do a true cleanup and a better startup (make a backup image after essentials installed, etc). My concern though is that I have 2 hard drives currently set up as a virtual RAID (couldn't use hardware RAID due to motherboard issue).

My OS install will be on my SSD (which is what I am using now, this is not a new part) but I was wondering that when I do the reinstall, will Windows keep the virtual raid as it is or will that also be lost even though it is a separate set of drives? I used Disk Manager to perform the Raid.

Holy Necrothread... but I figured I'd update this. When I had to go through with this, sure enough, the virtual RAID worked fine and nothing was lost. I had to tell Windows to accept the new drives (in where it'll ask for the other devices to be attached for sanity sake) in the System Manager.
