Virtual host machine

Are there any good virtual computers that i can access 24/7 and is up for 224/7? I want to host a game server for my friends and i was wondering if there's a computer online where i can manage the files of the server and everything else.

Yeah they're called hosted servers, they're pretty common just google them. They're aren't free and never will be though.

That is it. You just have to find the right service who will let you actually get a desktop.
