Virtual machine issue

Ok, I am trying to make a windows 95 virtual machine for my dad, I am using Virtual box BTW. I have downloaded a Disk file from http://www.allbootdisks.com/download/95.html . But when I try to run the virtual machine, I can't find the file to boot from, I looked in downloads and other folders and there was nothing. Help is much appreciated.

Did you try to download an iso and install it, many youtube videos address that subject like this one
