Is it true that Virtual Memory can cares about system's low process (kb speaking, basic system tasks, i.e. IDLE tasks I suppose), and sometimes get stuck in a low value and trigger a malfunction on the system.

Thank You!

I wanna know if VM manage system basic tasks. I mean, IDLE processes.

Look in your error logs to see if anything stands out at the same time as these 'freezes'.
Unless it is drive issue, Virtual Memory is unlikely to be an issue.

It can't be, I think, the HDD is new. Does VM is required only when is needed or is always performing some basic system tasks?.

Thank You!

Virtual memory only (well mostly) comes into play when the system runs out of physical RAM. Swap data in and out of the physical HDD.
There are some small functions that may use it, but this is almost certainly not your issue.

However, in those small functions VM can fail and cause this issue or I'm wrong?

Because, I've been searching for a solution to this problem from a long time, and after that, I came to VM. That's why.

Thank You!

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z170 S (Revision 1.xx)
BIOS: 1902
O.S.: Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 1607
CPU: i5-6600K 3.5GHz Skylake
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (WDCWD10EZEX-08WN4A0)
Socket: 1151 LGA
GPU: GDDR5 Gigabyte GTX1060 6GB G1 Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2133MHz 4GB x2
PSU: EVGA SuperNova B2 850W (110-B2-0850-V1)

Generally this happens when some of these are open together or separately: Chrome (Some tabs including YouTube), PDFs, Windows Explorer, etc. Here comes the odd part, this freeze occur when I left the PC for a while and when I return, the system is still. The only fix, in this case, is to shutdown, due that the reset button doesn't works.

Thank You!!!

So... There is still hope?

You have to diagnose your system.
Did you check Event Viewer (as suggested before)? Any error/warning messages there?

Check your hdd with hdtune health. Post screenshot.

Check ram with memtest.

It's possible that that your pc has some problem with entering/exiting sleep mode and that causes freeze-ups.

I checked Event Viewer. The only error related is SQL. The HDD is in an optimal condition. I did a memtest of 10 hours and nothing wrong. After enter and exit sleep mode, it seems to be fine, I don't have problems with that at all. Besides, I disabled sleep mode, and the issue is still showing up.

I did:

1. Driver Verifier (Windows and ASUS)
2. Prime95 (All Tests)
3. Unigine and 3DMark
4. Sleep and Turn-Off = Never
5. Update all driver to the latest
6. Fast Start-Up: Disable
7. Turn Off HDD: Never
8. sfc /scannow
9. PCI Express: Off (Power Options)
10. sfc /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\On every available file system
11. Memtestx86
12. wmic diskdrive get status (SMART)
13. chkdsk C: /f
14. msconfig
15. RAM and HDD check (Windows feature)
16. Disable O.C.
17. AIDA64 stress test to all component
18. Dusk hardware removal
19. Format about 4 times
20. Set BIOS to default
21. Reinstall of INF and IME (Downloaded from Intel)
