So basically I tried enabling virtualization through BIOS and it said it was enabled and everything seemed alright but when I checked on Speccy it said that it was supported but disabled.

I restarted my PC and checked on BIOS again and it said it was enabled so it didn't get disabled randomly. Am I missing something here?

I'm trying to install the http://www.andyroid.net/ and on the setup it pops up the

ERROR !!
You are running: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Virtualization is DISABLED in your BIOS !!
Setup can not continue until you turn on Intel VT-x or AMD

On the CPU Technologies tab, are all features set to Yes, except for HT? You could try http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=592 which is compatible with Windows 7.

Since it's enabled in the BIOS, something in Windows most probably is causing the issue.
