Virtualization not enabled

Hi
I have a motherboard ecs g31t-m7 and a intel core2duo e7400 which is VT-x capable.
But it doesn't show virtualization enabled in Intel processor identification utility.
I checked in bios, there is no option available for virtualization.
Please help me!

Is it enabled in BIOS and do you have all the latest drivers for the mobo

Yes all the latest drivers are installed.
