My computer is a i5 7400 brand new, running windows 10 Pro and it is showing that I have virtualization available. It has a yes in the intel processor identification utility in both the virtualization technology and the VT-X extended tables when the virtualization is disabled; however, when I enable it these both turn to no. My company is trying to install a VDI situation for security purposes and Citrix keeps failing and saying the VT-X hardware is not there. Can ANYONE please help me????

okay so what product are you install or trying to install? here is the download list from Citrix web site.

As far as I am aware... My company's IT dept is using remote access to install Citrix. Desktop player has not detected any available hardware virtualization. VT-X or VT-D is required to continue. Please Check BIOS settings or contact administrator for assistance.

And My computer again is showing that I have VT-X enabled. I have went into the BIOS umpteen times enabling and disabling - disabled Hyper-V etc. I am thinking the Citrix download could be the issue.
