Virtualization technology enabled in Bios, but is still marked as disabled when logged into computer.

Hi there,
Sorry I am a still a beginner when it comes to computers, but I been trying to enable VT on my pc. I went to Bios it's marked as enabled, even when I go back to Bios. I toggled the VT setting on Avast back and forth. Still my VT is marked as disabled. Any idea what is up guys?
