Virtualization Technology not Support On CPU?

So i've been trying to get nox player to work so i can have pokemon go on my computer so i can catch any that spawn close to me while im playing other games since im pretty much on pc a large portion of the day. ive been reading threads and stuff online and nox player being extremely laggy and the way to fix this lag is by enabling virtualization technology in order to get rid of lag. apparently my cpu, 4690k doesn't support it so i cant enable it and the game will continue lagging like crazy. how do i fix this problem?

4690k does support Intel Virtualization Technology, it needs to be enabled in the BIOS.

Theres an option in your BIOS to turn it on, it varys from motherboard to motherboard but it called VT-x or Intel Virtualization technology.
