Virus or what?

My computer started acting crazy today. When I try to type anything it pops up c4x. I have run Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Eset online scanner. No luck! HELP Please? I can't search for anything. I can type 1 letter & it just pops up c4x

NOT sure what c4x means... but I had an issue a few times when a keyboard I had went bad (its happend a few times) and you would type one thing and other junk would happen.. like I was holding down the alt or ctrl key..
