Question Virus Zeus2021

While using Vivaldi Web browser Zeus2021! Virus pop up adds popped up. Then it happened in Google Chrome web browser as well. I researched and found out Malwarebytes takes care of this virus. However it did not detect it when I scanned my computer. However when I load either browser Malware pops up and says it has blocked it. How do I totally get rid of this Zeus2021! Nasty virus. Before Malwarebytes I only used Windows 10 Defender.

I was actually googling a test I have to have done for my cardiologist. It popped up results. I clicked on the 1st one. And everything went crazy. I had no extensions added on Vivaldi.
I just uninstalled Vivaldi and downloaded it again and installed it. And I went to loaded it and its going nuts. With popups on my new notifications bottom right of screen next to time and date. Pop ups for Mcafee and Norton newssysstem.net I see. Clean uu your PC. Youtubecenter.net.

Ok I did a Scan and nothing. What about the dns server settings?
