Hello, I was infiltrated by a virus , have my pc back up and running after trying everything I have been suggested to do , then finally combofix got it cleared up. however my security flag flashes off for a split sec, then back to on. had eset and malwarebytes. can't run sfc scan get "Windows Protection could not perform the requested operation".

Have you tried reinstalling Windows? That's probably the best way to get rid of it.
