Question Viruses on Pc..! Please help to remove them..!

Hello guys..
I was trying to download a crack of some software and while downloading it my windows defender and antivirus were off..Because somehow I wanted the crack badly..!
But now I have totally deleted that crack but something is installed in my computer which automatically opens tab in my firefox as “thegoodcaster”
Please help me guys what to do
