[SOLVED] viruses stopping windows from loading then goes black

I cannot get past the sign in screen i have alot of pop ups that come up when i can get the screen to load after about 10 to 20 mins of sitting and playing hide n seek. When i try to close an application there are about 14 more trying to load at the same time this is very frustrating and tired some i can't play my music i can't make beats pls if u can help me in my current situation im going crazzzzy!!!

first try to do full virus scan at start up without network on before the os load and also do a malwares scan .
