First, let's start with my system.
Optiplex 390 with:
Intel Core i3 2100
8gb DDR3
250 HDD (Not sure, i think it's stock)
240w PSU
Having a problem with:
Radeon HD 5450 (Visiontek 900860)
My Radeon HD 5450, when I put it into the pci-e slot, is detected, works, however, has blue/green lines from startup, and in some cases, only starts up in safe mode.
The problem is NOT:
drivers
the cable (works fine with integrated)
overheating (however it was refurbished so could the solder have melted?)
The bios I'm running is Dell A02, and I'm not sure how to change the order and disable integrated. (already tried uninstalling/disabling intel drivers) Could my issue be the PSU, a faulty card, or something else? I haven't tried it on a friend's computer so I can't be sure.
