Solution
Vista's Total PC backup has the capability to not only copy your data, but restore your partitions to the way it was at the time of backup. Ghost has the same capabilties. Pretty much, both are similar products. However, I always choose the 3rd party option over the OS tool just because that company is more likely to support it better (most of the time).
