Vista->Bios->Overclocking help!

Okay, im really new at this but heres what i need help with. First of all i dont know which buttons would get me into bios, i tried f1, crtl alt s, ctrl s, and ctrl atl ins. I am trying to Overclock my cpu from 2.1 to around 2.8.. I know for XP its easier to get into ur bios but can anyone help me?

Also tell me if i will have any problems for overclocking:
Vista 32bit
Asustek Narra3.302
AMD 8400 x3

Normally hold down the Delete Key, or F1 while booting!

If neither work look to the bottom left on boot it should tell you what to press to enter setup.
