Hello,
how would i backup my data if i cant get on my computer? my computer told me to go to start up repair or start up like normal they both wont work so i cant get on my computer to backup my data what can i do?

How can you back up the computer if you can't get on it? Prolly yank all the cords out the back of it then open the window and toss it out in the yard cause you sure don't know how to use one.

Easiest way, take out the existing hard-drive, get a new one, and re-install Windows on that. Then plug in the original drive as a secondary and copy your data over. Now you also have a backup drive.
