Would like to uninstall/install the damaged/missing/disabled ones only. Is there a map somewhere of such services, their dependencies and parents.

The Services program(services.msc) should show you dependencies. You may also wish to run a SFC /scannow as that should find files that are corrupt as well. Also note that some third party connection managers may turn off the built in connection manger from Windows. Upvote 0 Downvote
